Book an online consultation and share your needs with us (number of pax, specific venues you are interested in, pet friendly etc)! We will share more about our venues and their wedding packages. Upon confirmation of venue, we will work with you to build your special day with our dedicated vendor offerings
Our basic wedding venue package includes 4-hours venue book-out, food & beverage (course or buffet options available with drinks included), couple welcome signage, reception table setup, table stylings, as well as a basic solemnisation setup. Our basic wedding package varies slightly from venue to venue - find out more by booking a consultation!
Reservation of wedding date can be done as far as 18 months in advance
Yes, we employ a first-come-first-serve basis for dates. Couples are allowed to soft book dates. In the event a second couple were to request for the same date, we will notify the first couple of this. The first couple will be given 2 days to make their first 20% deposit, failing which the second couple will be allowed to take over the date
We will walk you through the wedding preparation timeline and requirements (save the date, vendor bookings and timelines, seating arrangement etc) all the way up to your wedding day
Payment schedule in 3 tranches. 1) 20% to be paid upon confirmation of wedding date, 2) 30% to be paid 2 months prior to wedding date, 3) 50% to be paid 1 week prior to the wedding
First 50% deposit non-refundable. Vendor cancellation dependent on individual vendors, though the rule of thumb is non-refundable. Second 50% refundable given 2 month notice / 2 weeks notice if emergency
We work with vendor partners that have been vetted by our team. Some of them were vendors at our wedding! We have special rates due to ordering in "bulk" and share these rates with our couples
We currently have vendors for Photography, Videography, Jewellery, Wedding Cakes, Wedding Bouquets, and Photo Booths with more to come!
No, this is not a requirement. Having said that, booking vendors through us would make your wedding planning experience less stressful and much simpler! Additionally, our vendors are great at what they do and we offer their services at a discounted rate
Please feel free to visit any of our venues to experience the space and try their food! Once you confirm the venue we will arrange for a couple food tasting and a separate site visit if required
