Mami’s Tamales is Asia’s first Mexican tamale-centric restaurant located on Keong Saik Road, Singapore. Founded by Chef Maribel Colmenares in collaboration with Chef Mauricio Espinoza, it offers an authentic and festive Mexican dining experience focused on tamales-traditional Mexican corn-based dough parcels filled with savory ingredients like chicken, pork, or vegetarian options, wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves, and steamed.
